Let our highly qualified coaches guide you through your skill achievements! We specialize in building tumbling and cheer skills from the basics to the most technical. We offer a wide variety of classes for athletes. From forward rolls and cartwheels to advanced skills such as full and beyond, we’ll push you every step of the way on achieving all the skills you are capable of.
Preschool Tumble
This class option is for ages 18 month-4 years old. Classes focus on stretching and basic body positions. All of the skills learned in this class are progressions for greater skills, which will teach the foundational skills and prepare your child for advancement in tumbling.
Beginner Tumble
No Experience necessary!
This class option is geared for beginners to learn the fundamentals needed to progress their tumbling skills. Athletes will focus on basic coordination, body shapes and movement, enabling them to excel as they progress.
This class option allows athletes to perfect the foundational skills that will create long term success. Athletes will work on skills such as Cartwheels, Back bends, Front Walkovers, Back Walkovers, Round-offs, Back Extension Rolls, and connective passes.
Level 2 Tumble
This class is designed for athletes to build confidence as they are beginning to learn and master a Back Handspring and simple Back Handspring connections. (ex. Round-off Back Handspring/Back Walkover Back Handspring) This will allow athletes to build upon skills mastered in our Beginner class.
Advanced Tumble
This class is specifically for athletes to build speed and consistency in Back Handsprings to safely progress to tucks. This class incorporates a variety of specialty/connective passes that will help to increase control and power. Passes inclusive to this class include standing/running series Back Handsprings and specialty passes. And also work on passes such as Aerials, Punch fronts and tumbling skills ending in a Back Tuck.
Jumps
This class is designed to teach all jump positions, motion technique, increase flexibility and strengthen core for better jump execution.
Stretch &Balance
Athletes will work on the body’s flexibility, stretching, and balance. They also will work on all of their splits and pull body positions.

Group Tumbling Classes
Our program is designed to accommodate all skill levels, ensuring that each child receives personalized attention and guidance to help them progress at their own pace. Whether your child is a beginner or has some experience, our instructors will break the class into smaller groups based on skill level and individual needs, regardless of age.
