1. Where are you located?

  • Answer: MidAtlantic Elite is located at 1605 Dooley Road, Suite C, Whiteford, Maryland, behind Whiteford Liquors.

2. Where do I park?

  • Answer: Please pull into our parking lot, through the gate (look for the MAE sign), and down the hill to the left. There are no assigned parking spots, and the gym is located all the way at the end in the red warehouse building.

3. What programs do you offer?

  • Answer: MidAtlantic Elite offers a variety of programs, including tumbling classes for ages 18 months to 18 years, skill-based classes such as Stretch and Balance and Jump classes, competitive and non-competitive cheer teams, specialty camps, private lessons, and birthday parties. We ensure that every athlete receives the appropriate guidance and support tailored to their skill level.

4. How can I register for classes or programs?

  • Answer: Current members can register for classes through our parent portal. New members are encouraged to take advantage of our special offers for first-time participants. Please visit our website for more details.

5. Do you offer private lessons?

7. What are the age requirements for your classes?

8. Do I need to be on a team to take tumbling classes?

  • Answer: No, our tumbling classes are open to the public, and participants do not need to be on a team to enroll. We encourage everyone to join, regardless of experience level!

9. What should my child wear to class?

  • Answer: Athletes should wear comfortable athletic wear that allows for movement. We recommend fitted clothing, proper athletic shoes, and cheer shoes specifically for cheer classes. Additionally, hair should be up for safety and ease of movement. For safety reasons, please avoid jeans and jewelry.

10. What do I need to bring to class?

  • Answer: Please remember to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during class!

11. How do your fundraisers work?

  • Answer: We organize several fundraisers throughout the year specifically to support our allstar teams. Participants can earn a percentage of sales to contribute to their accounts for season costs. Details about upcoming fundraisers will be shared through our newsletters and social media.

13. What if my child has never participated in cheer or tumbling before?

  • Answer: Our programs are designed for all skill levels, including beginners. Our instructors will assess each child's abilities and provide personalized attention to help them grow and develop their skills.

14. Can I observe my child's class?

  • Answer: Yes! We encourage parents to observe classes, but please refrain from trying to coach from the sidelines. Our coaches are trained professionals, and we want to ensure a focused and safe environment for all athletes. Please note that practices for allstar teams are closed to parents and spectators.
