Allstar Cheer Training

Our Allstar Cheer Training program focuses on stunts, jumps, and choreography, preparing athletes for competitive cheerleading at the highest level. Join us to perfect your routine and showcase your skills.

Tumble Classes

At MidAtlantic Elite cater to athletes of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced. Our experienced instructors will guide you through proper technique, strength training, and tumbling passes.

What age groups do you cater to?

We cater to athletes of all age groups, from ages 3 and up with specialized training tailored to each age and skill category.

What should my child wear?

For girls- leotard or shorts and a sports bra/tank top/ tshirt. Hair tied back. 

For boys- shorts and a t-shirt or tank top

They will need to be comfortable while being active. 

*If they are on a team they should have their cheer shoes at all classes 

Do you offer private coaching sessions?

Yes, we offer private coaching sessions for athletes looking for personalized training and focused skill development.
